Orders and Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping. A standard shipping order to the U.S. usually takes 8-15 days to deliver. If your order needs to be shipped to other countries, you can find more details here.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.

We work with a credit card vendor to process all of our transactions. All of the credit card information is managed within their system and we are unable to see credit card details in your account.

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. 

Our products ship to the U.S., Canada, UK and European countries. 

When possible, multiple items will be combined into the same package. This helps to reduce the number of packages sent to you, so you receive fewer packages and have less packaging material to dispose of when you receive your orders.

If you have just submitted an order and you have realised you’ve made a spelling or formatting mistake, we can certainly cancel the order for you (as long as the order is still in production) .
